BIG BOX OF CARDS

Good afternoon,
Earlier this month we sent home a letter outlining the process of our fundraising campaign for the Big Box of Cards. This is not like selling chocolates, where we have the product on hand to distribute. Inside the bag with your box of cards was an order form; this form is filled out with information regarding those that want to purchase and the amount. Funds must be collected upfront. The box that went home with your child should not be sold initially, use it to demonstrate what they will be purchasing. At the end of the campaign this Box of Cards that you have at home is to be considered as one of the orders. Only return to the school if you sell none. Once we have all the order forms in hand we will place an order and have them shipped to the school. Once we have the product at the school an email will go out to let you know the boxes have arrived and date and time of pick-up.
