CSCC
Published on Sep 22, 2016 15:50

Last night our Catholic School Community Council (CSCC) met for the first time this year.  It was the last official meeting of last year's council and we are now looking for new members for this year.

The CSCC is a parent/guardian advisory group that meets to discuss events and activities happening around our school.  Even if you are not able to commit to volunteering during the day, you are encouraged to come and take part in the meetings (just listening is ok too).  It's a wonderful way to "spend time" with your Principal and Vice Principal and be up on current news.  Hear all the latest, most accurate news first!

I've been fortunate to work with many dedicated parents on the council over the last two years. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them and to hopefully seeing some new faces at our meetings.

The dates for our meetings have yet to be determined but they will run for 1 hour from 6:30-7:30 in our school library.

If you are interested in joining us, please fill out the attached paperwork.  All parents/guardians are welcome to attend meetings, however, you must fill out the attached nomination form if you wish to be considered a "voting" member.

If you are interested in taking on greater responsibilities on the council, we have several positions available see the attached note.

Contact me if you have any questions about getting involved.
Hope to see you all this year at CSCC.
